You are responsible for reviewing confirmation details and contacting the clinic promptly if they are incorrect. Cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, payment, and refund rules communicated during booking or care are incorporated by reference to the extent applicable.

Standard message and data rates may apply.Ordinary email and text messaging may not be fully secure. Avoid sending highly sensitive medical, financial, or identification information through unsecured email or text unless Chiro Correct specifically instructs you to use an approved secure method. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of receiving healthcare services, and you may opt out of marketing messages using the instructions provided in the message.

Any dispute relating solely to use of the Website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires a different forum. This section does not alter rights or procedures established in separate clinical, financial, or arbitration agreements.
